Using webhooks you can have a real-time update of what’s happening in your account. You will be notified when an event you have subscribed for occurs.

Webhooks are particularly useful for events like when a customer makes a payment, you receive recurring payments, or you collect subscription payments. Use incoming webhooks to get these real-time updates on your Speed account, so your integration can automatically trigger reactions.

The webhook endpoints can be configured via the API.

Speed must know where to send event notifications, you need to register webhook endpoints.

How does it work?

1. Provide a publicly accessible HTTPS URL to deliver these notifications when registering your webhook endpoint.

2. Speed uses HTTPS to send these notifications to your app as a JSON payload. Therefore, ensure it is a secure (HTTPS) endpoint capable of handling webhook payloads.

3. Subscribe or configure events in your Speed web app’s settings or using the APIs.
