Users & Team is live 👥
Let your team members access your Speed business account, and assign them roles to manage their access.
We have added this feature so you can work with your team and easily manage your Speed Business account. With this feature, you can add more than one team member by giving them a role that lets you control their access. Roles help keep your private information safe and limit what your team members can do on your behalf.
You can add both a registered and a non-registered user to your team. You can invite team members one at a time or all at once by separating their email addresses with a comma or a space. An invitation expires after 365 days, if not accepted.
A user can have a single role in your selected business account, from which the invite has been sent. There are two roles you can choose from:
Administrator: This role is for anyone who needs similar access as the account owner—they can see and manage almost everything.
Developer: This role is for developers who need to set up a Speed integration. This role has access to the secret key, which grants access to almost all API resources.
How to a add user?
Log into the Speed web application with appropriate credentials and follow these steps:
Open Settings > Business settings > Users and accounts.
Click the Add member button.
Enter the individual or multiple member email addresses and the role you want to assign to them.
Click Continue to send the invite via email.
Resend or remove an invite
You can resend/remove an invite if the invite is not yet accepted.
Follow these steps to resend/remove it:
Open Settings > Business settings > Users and accounts.
Select the Invited tab, where you will see a detailed list of all the invited members.
Click the overflow menu and select the resend/remove button.
